Went for my usual 5k
And my legs hurt so bad! Not even the muscles. It’s more like shin splints but not really anyway. Like my bones have been over-worked from dancing and whatnot. I don’t know. For now, I’m gonna exercise it away, because it does not do to get lazy and have it re-occur when I start up again, so.
Also, dancing. OHMYGOD I have some serious pointe-work to do before the end-of-the-year showcase. We’re doing this dance that requires you to hop as in jump on one leg EN POINTE. That means you’re standing on your big-toe, jumping. It’s the hardest thing I’ve ever done and every time I try, my leg just shakes. It’s so frustrating!
On the good note, I had sushi for dinner, so I’m in a good mood. But so so so tired.
